Goal Getters LLC, a local KidsUnited franchisee, is seeking Sales Associates to drive a presale campaign for our upcoming opening in south Overland Park. This is a permanent role that continues beyond the Grand Opening. Sales Associates work in our state-of-the-art location, with outreach at community events required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, with strong sales and membership knowledge.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Selling and working Birthday Parties on Weekends

Sales Associates are needed now to conduct a presale campaign for our upcoming opening in south Overland Park. This is a permanent position that will continue beyond the Grand Opening. Sales Associates work in our state-of-the-art location and outreach at community events will be required.
