Position Objective:

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maximizing store profitability. We believe our teams are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and pricing standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, and loss prevention according to standards.
• Participate in visual displays and store organization.

Customer Experience:

• Model and promote MAPS principles for a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register operations and promote buying decisions.
• Register clients for reward programs and build customer loyalty through clienteling.
• Stay informed on product fit and style offerings.

• Support replenishment and fulfill locate requests.

Qualifications:
