POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results
   - Meet sales goals through effective techniques and product knowledge.
   - Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
   - Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
   - Participate in visual directives, store sets, and zone maintenance.
2. Customer Experience
   - Promote the MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
   - Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   - Ensure efficient register operations and adhere to payment policies.
   - Encourage buying decisions, including gift card sales.
   - Sign up clients for rewards, build customer followings, and maintain client communication.
   - Know current product offerings in-store and online.
3. Operational Excellence
   - Support replenishment activities.
   - Assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations.
   - Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth
   - Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
   - Seek personal development and feedback.
   - Perform other duties as assigned.

This role may vary across brands. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred, excellent communication and customer service skills, adaptability to technology, organizational skills, and flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The wage range is $16.50 to $20.75, based on qualifications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
• Frequent climbing (34-66%)
