Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring excellent customer experience and profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results: Meet sales goals through effective techniques and product knowledge; maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention; participate in visual directives.
2. Customer Experience: Model and promote MAPS principles; resolve customer concerns promptly; ensure efficient register operation; promote loyalty programs; build customer relationships; stay informed on products.
3. Operational Excellence: Support replenishment, fulfill locate requests, assist with visual displays, and maintain store organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; seek personal development; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during shifts
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing
