Position Objective

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results: Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommends merchandise selections based on customer needs.
2. Customer Experience: Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns, and builds and maintains a solid customer following.
3. Operational Excellence: Supports replenishment activities, assists with locate fulfillment, and maintains boutique cleanliness and organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth: Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and seeks personal developmental opportunities.

Other duties as assigned. This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Retail or sales experience preferred
3. Must be 18 years of age or older
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
7. Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives

Physical Requirements

1. Constant Walking/Standing - 67-100% of 8-hour shift
2. Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs. - 1-33% of 8-hour shift
3. Frequent Climbing - 34%-66% of 8-hour shift

The wage range for this position is $17.30 to $21.75. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications.
