POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing profitability. We believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results:
   • Meet sales goals using effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
   • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and pricing standards.
   • Handle merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and visual standards.
   • Participate in visual directives and store maintenance.
2. Customer Experience:
   • Model and promote the MAPS principles for excellent service.
   • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   • Ensure efficient checkout processes and promote loyalty programs.
   • Build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
   • Stay informed about current product offerings.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Support replenishment and stock fulfillment.
   • Assist with visual displays and store organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth:
   • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
   • Seek personal development and feedback.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age for seasonal roles; 18+ otherwise.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn technology and adapt quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during shifts.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing.
