POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results:
   - Meet sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.
   - Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and visual standards.
   - Handle merchandise, presentation, and loss prevention duties as directed.
   - Participate in visual directives like store sets and zone maintenance.
2. Customer Experience:
   - Promote MAPS principles for a cohesive omni-channel experience.
   - Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   - Ensure efficient checkout processes and promote loyalty programs.
   - Build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
   - Stay informed about current product offerings.
3. Operational Excellence:
   - Support replenishment and fulfill locate requests.
   - Assist with visual displays and store organization.
   - Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth:
   - Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
   - Seek personal development and feedback.
   - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing
