POSITION OBJECTIVE:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results: Meets sales goals, utilizes sales techniques, maintains product knowledge, and adheres to visual and pricing standards.
2. Customer Experience: Models MAPS principles, resolves customer concerns promptly, ensures efficient checkout, promotes the reward program, and maintains client relationships.
3. Operational Excellence: Supports replenishment, assists with visual displays, and maintains store organization and cleanliness.
4. Teamwork and Growth: Promotes collaboration, seeks development opportunities, and accepts feedback. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
