BoxUnion, founded in 2016, is a fitness boxing brand that owns and operates three studios in Los Angeles, CA, as well as a digital subscription service called BoxUnion Digital. At BoxUnion, we utilize our BOX TO THE BEAT methodology, which uses BPM theory to pair music with movement to drive a hyper-efficient workout and fun experience. POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Associate (SA), your role is to generate revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. Your goal is to drive business through memberships, class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and sales skills, with a passion for fitness.

BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create new business through lead generation, member promotions, referrals, and guest passes
• Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments
• Promote specials to current and prospective guests
• Complete agreements and manage daily leads
• Achieve personal revenue targets
• Tour potential members, establish relationships, and identify their needs and wants
• Enroll guests professionally using BoxUnion sales techniques
• Maintain a clean and operational facility

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills and a passion for health and fitness
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 45 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work up to 20 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
• Stand or sit for up to 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $17.28/hour base pay + commission
