Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Gambrills, MD to deliver a customer-centered experience, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You will help create a seamless omnichannel experience and support store operations.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You’ll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
