• Experience in home improvement or remodeling sales is preferred.
• Willing to travel to Douglas County & Southern Denver Metro.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners & provide estimates – conduct on-site visits, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.
• Sell & book jobs – present estimates, highlight value, and close the sale.
• Maintain profitability – sell jobs at or above the target gross profit to meet profitability goals.
• Cultivate referral partners – build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales.
• Manage communication – handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team – work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.

• Preferred Experience – Home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management background.
• Independent, reliable, and able to manage your time with minimal oversight.
