FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time pawnbroker/retail sales associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role greets customers, processes loans and sales, and works with jewelry and merchandise.

You will earn an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Great benefits and schedule. The position offers $14.00 to $17.50 per hour with potential for up to 8% commission on transactions, depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and present solutions.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
