Job summary

DSI Systems is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Triadelphia, WV. You will engage customers, educate on wireless products and plans, and close sales within a fast-paced retail environment.

Requires strong communication, 1+ year sales or customer service experience, and 18+ eligibility. Competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission and benefits begin after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic retail setting and stand/walk 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
