Job summary

DSI in Janesville, Wisconsin is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Earn uncapped commissions with a guaranteed base and a potential to exceed $60,000 annually. We offer paid training, career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and health coverage from month one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.
