Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Vestal, New York. If you enjoy fast-paced retail environments and helping customers, this role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to growth.

You will greet customers, educate them on wireless options, process transactions, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering friendly service. Paid training and benefits start soon; join a team with 40+ years of experience in retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.
