Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. in Leominster, MA is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store environment. You will engage customers, explain wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for long shifts.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
