Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Bristol, TN to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes performance toward sales targets, strong product knowledge, and collaboration with store teams. Competitive pay includes uncapped commission and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic tech proficiency with POS systems and tablets.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goalsProcess transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
