Job summary

LOFT at The Waterfront Town Center in Homestead, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You’ll keep the floor organized, assist with merchandise and promotions, and collaborate with the team to create welcoming, omnichannel experiences. Hospitality, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and tech-saviness with POS systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
