Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the shop floor in Charleston, SC. You will guide customers with personalized styling, keep the sales floor organized, and collaborate with the team to deliver engaging, memorable experiences.

You will use product knowledge to drive sales, maintain store visuals, and leverage technology for promotions and omnichannel service. Prioritize guest satisfaction while meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
