Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time makeup artist to deliver personalized consultations, educate customers and support in-store events. You will help maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to a welcoming, inspirational shopping experience.

Ideal candidates demonstrate makeup artistry skills, strong customer service, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events. Previous retail POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup artistry or retail makeup preferred but amateur experience welcome if you demonstrate creativity and technique.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software and basic store operations.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise


• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service


• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment


• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Salary and Benefits

Anticipated Hourly Range $12.26 to $20.43 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
