We are currently ready to hire a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction!

Pay rate: $11.50 an hour

Age Requirement: 21+

MUST have OPEN AVAILABILITY.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly manner, provide fast and efficient service, and thank them.
2. Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register, handle cash, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer.
4. Use equipment for processing money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
5. Check identification for restricted sales.
6. Check and replenish stock of food service supplies.
7. Clean and sanitize all equipment and areas using proper procedures.
8. Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise.
9. Check in vendor deliveries and complete related forms.
10. Order merchandise and use current training materials.
11. Complete training evaluations and provide feedback on training programs.
12. Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts.
13. Review job assignments and assume other duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
