We’re looking for a motivated, organized individual to join us as a Sales Associate / Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
• Merchandising: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively, driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer‑centric environment by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Growth: Implement sales initiatives and promotions, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and trends, sharing knowledge with customers and team members.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
