Job summary

Nyberg’s ACE in Watertown, SD is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to help run day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing team. The role requires evening/weekend availability and a hands-on leadership approach.

You will support the Store Leader in inventory, merchandising, training and store safety while contributing to sales growth and positive community presence. Experience in hardware/home improvement retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates.
• Focus on store operations, merchandising and safety.
