GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Offer an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping environment, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance; secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
