GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized shopping experiences, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating all customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
