General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to our success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic shopping experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience that results in customer satisfaction.
  3. Contribute positively to the store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
