GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while assisting them in finding premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
