GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets by building relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service with personalized attention, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and organized, and assets are secure.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
