GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for every customer while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Accountability for sales results, utilizing strong selling skills to meet goals
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment
