GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  4. Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  5. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  3. Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
  4. Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
