General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find high-quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personal connections, attention to detail, and tailored shopping experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively in fostering a positive store environment, maintaining strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy.
3. Self-accountable for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset.
4. Strong communication skills (oral and written).
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.17 per hour.

Compensation includes potential bonuses and/or commissions, along with benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
