Role Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will deliver an authentic and energetic shopping experience, assisting customers in finding premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections and offering personalized shopping experiences.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating all customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and accurate execution of tasks
• Self-accountability for meeting sales targets using effective selling skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Additional Information

Pay Range: $15.50 - $17.31 per hour

Compensation may include bonuses and commissions, along with benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Employee pay is influenced by location, experience, qualifications, and other factors.
