GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales plans and achieve company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience that results in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt quickly with high accuracy
