General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience that results in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change, with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Pay Range: $14.81 - $19.04

Employee compensation depends on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and skills. Additional incentives may include bonuses and commissions, complemented by benefits like healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
