GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and connection.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Take accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills to meet goals
