GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals using effective selling skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
