GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through making genuine connections, attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
