General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment

Additional Information

Pay Range: $15.50 - $20.77

Employee compensation is influenced by factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and skills. Additional benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered.
