GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptable to change with high accuracy
• Self-driven to meet sales goals using effective selling skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
