GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personal connection, attention to detail, and personalized service.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales through effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
