General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology and change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results and goal achievement
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
