GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, building strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
