GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and securing all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment
