GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results with effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment
