GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a unique shopping experience that leads to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, organized, and attractive. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable with new technology and adaptable to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountable for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment
