GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment
