GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience.
• Participate actively in fostering a positive store environment and building professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
