GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable with new technology and adaptable to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability in sales performance, using effective selling skills to meet goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
