GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating all with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills to meet goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
