Candidates should reside in St. Louis or Dallas-Ft Worth

Territory: Western US

Make your next step a big one! We’re hiring a Sales Associate in our Antiseptics division!

This is an exciting time to begin a career with us. As Mölnlycke's Wound Care & Antiseptics business prepares to become a standalone company in 2027, we're entering a new chapter focused on growth, innovation, and expanding our impact with healthcare customers across the country.

We're hiring a Sales Associate to support the continued growth of our Antiseptics portfolio while building the foundation for a long‑term career in medical sales. Designed for driven, early‑career professionals, this role offers an immersive 18‑24 month development experience where you'll gain hands‑on exposure to the business, work alongside successful sales professionals, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a customer‑facing commercial role.

You’ll be part of a close‑knit, highly collaborative team that believes success is shared. Partnering with Territory Sales Representatives across the Western U.S., you'll gain valuable field experience, learn how to support complex healthcare customers, and contribute to territory growth through customer engagement, education, and sales support activities. Through mentorship, real‑world training, and exposure to a variety of markets and customer types, you'll build the confidence, business acumen, and commercial skills that serve as the foundation for future opportunities within our organization.

Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Associates are well prepared to transition into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role or advance to the next stage of their career within the organization.

Role Overview
  • Cultivating new and existing customer relationships, providing them with insights into product features, distinctions, and optimal utilization.
  • While working to support the region’s Territory Sales reps, you’ll serve as the face of Molnlycke during sales calls and actively contribute to achieving sales goals set by the Regional Sales Team.
  • Performing administrative duties such as preparing reports, entering data into Salesforce.com, and diligently following up on orders.
  • Attending sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends. Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments by monitoring competitor activities, staying informed through trade magazines and associations, and collecting valuable customer feedback.
  • Introduce new products and expand business with existing customers by presenting detailed product information, highlighting features, and emphasizing product distinctions.
  • Collaborate with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, enhance business opportunities, and improve customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues by liaising with the Customer Service Department, ensuring prompt identification and resolution.
  • Undertake projects such as temporary relocation to open territories to cover vacancies, job shadowing senior sales professionals, and conducting in‑services at customer locations to train clinicians.
Work-Life Balance
  • 65-75% Overnight travel is expected
  • Should be open to possible relocation within US in 20-24 months

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $58,000 per year and this role is eligible for quarterly bonus & car reimbursement.
